Challenges in transition to corporatism

I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel garment repair group in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

 

”One Team, One Goal!” This is our slogan for 2025, to better reflect the change from one to three divisions over the past year or so.

 

The goal is to move from partial to total optimization.

 

We will continue to move forward in 2025 to build a more effective and collaborative organizational culture, and to deliver services that delight our customers and ultimately produce profitable results!

 

There are many issues to be addressed, including redefining the roles of each team, establishing business processes based on corporatism, ensuring that each team is responsible not only for their own work but also for the overall goal, and ensuring that collaboration among teams promotes sustainable growth.

 

However, I will strive to grow in stature, not by comparing myself with those around me, but by being aware of how I can surpass my past as a manager.
