The Process of Making Dreams Come True

I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel garment repair group in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

This is one of Yoshida Shoin's famous sayings, but it is also one that I inherited from my predecessors.

Conversely, it goes as follows.

He who succeeds, does; he who does, plans; he who plans, has an ideal; he who has an ideal, has a dream...

In any case, however, the reality is that not all dreamers are automatically successful.

We believe that the key to success is the need to know deeply how to dream, how to plan, and how to execute. Then there is also the never-ending struggle with yourself. If it is you who dreams of success, it is ultimately you who prevents it.

At Yamada Shusei, we have been incorporating the “Harada Method” into the education of leaders, including myself, for the past several years.

Mr. Takashi Harada has extensive experience as an educator and has developed a unique method for achieving goals. He is involved not only in the field of education, but also in human resource education for such renowned companies as Takeda Pharmaceutical Industries and Uniqlo, as well as in the mental training of professional athletes. He is also involved in the mental training of professional athletes, and continues to expand his activities not only in Japan but also in the world.

I will continue to brush up my skills and move forward step by step toward the realization of my dreams through corporate management, in order to bring the world closer to a world where those with dreams succeed, and to build a bright future, both materially and spiritually, for all our customers, employees, local communities, and the company.
