The words on the May 30 daily calendar were "If we're going to do it, let's have fun".
In the basketball team I belonged to as a student, we had dash training every day, and every time I wanted to quit because it was so hard. But then one day, I thought, "It's too hard! I'm going to do it! Let's do it!" I realized that I could get over the hardship if I did it in a positive and fun way. I am still doing my best with this as my motto now that I am a working adult.

Climbing the stairs to the third floor of my office is quite a breath of fresh air. It makes a big difference whether I am reluctant to do it or not, because it is something I do every day.
We just had a medical checkup in July, so I put this poster on the stairs. It's funny how little things can be fun if you look at them in a different way.
