On Saturday, November 25, the monthly Yoriito Cafe was held in the company, not only to give Yoriito staff more experience in the operation, but also to get feedback from customers and use it as a reference for the Yoriito menu. On the other hand, it is an enjoyable time for employees to refresh themselves.
This month we had a lot of fun with the coffee drinking comparison program. Since it was getting colder, marshmallow cocoa and milk amazake were also very popular. I learned for the first time that there are two types of amazake: amazake made from rice and koji (malted rice) and amazake made from sakekasu (sake lees). It was a time when I realized anew the joy of communication and discovery through eating and drinking.
