I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel clothing repair company in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
A column on management tips appeared in the August issue of "Niigata" No. 837, published by the Niigata Prefectural Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The theme was "Purpose Management. The column was very informative, as it recommended that not only large companies but also small and medium-sized companies should open up their future through Purpose Management, which has begun to attract attention due to the Corona disaster.
When we look up the procedures and methods for formulating a path, we find "search and divergence," "organize and integrate," and "verbalize. As a start, I thought I would try to derive our company's own personality path from the management philosophy and vision that we have already formulated.
Needless to say, the formulation of a personal path is not a play on words, and it is necessary for all employees to understand, empathize, and continue to practice the personal path.
