There are two things I said to all employees at the 60th anniversary appreciation party on May 27. One of them is the organization chart.
Establishing an organization chart in company building is critical to the growth of the company. By creating an organization chart, the company's departments and employee information can be consolidated to provide a complete picture. In addition, an organization chart facilitates the division of roles and communication between departments. Furthermore, by making the organization chart public, it can motivate employees and encourage new hires to join the company.
More fundamentally, it was obvious that once we did not stop and take a bird's-eye view of the company's overall operations, we would be too busy with immediate matters.
I also presented an organizational chart in line with our vision for the future and urged everyone to work together as Team YAMADA to achieve our goals. We will move forward with high expectations for the new steps we will take in the future.
